Our Tods Murray Family Law Team is hosting a lunchtime 'Briefing' to lift the veil on some of the myths and rumours which exist in terms of legal rules, rights and responsibilities when it comes to personal relationships.  Whether for yourself, your colleagues, your children or just out of interest to be better informed, this session will explain the key information which needs to be taken into account when couples both enter into a permanent relationship together or sadly it comes to an end.  The session will also give a brief guide to the key facts in cohabitation; civil partnerships and in marriage and in separation and divorce.

It is envisaged that this session may be of particular interest to individuals, financial advisors, those who are involved in an HR role in their business or organisation or for those who perhaps work in, or own, a small business and who find themselves responsible for the well being of their staff.

This is a repeat of the highly successful Briefing which ran in June 2008.

Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
