Following our successful March 2007 share placing for a fully listed client, Tods Murray reports a successful placing for its client Terrace Hill Group plc. 24,752,475 Ordinary Shares were placed at £1.01 to raise £25,000,000 in aggregate, and the shares were subsequently admitted to trading on AIM. Terrace Hill is the largest Scottish company by market capitalisation trading on AIM and recently won the "Shareholder Value" Award at the Scotland plc Awards.
