Tods Murray LLP is delighted to announce the promotion from 1 July 2007, of Nigel Sievwright to Associate in the firm’s capital projects team.
Nigel specialises in Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects throughout the United Kingdom.
Most recently Nigel has advised the preferred bidder, Consort Healthcare, on the bond financed Birmingham New Hospitals Project (£553 million) and the Pinderfields & Pontefract Hospitals Development Project (£330 million).
Nigel is qualified as a solicitor in Scotland and in England & Wales.
