Ian has overall responsibility to develop the computerised systems in line with the firm's strategic direction. This includes maximising upon best use of the investments made within those applications and services. He ensures budgetary controls are met and delivers best practice guidelines in relation to the security and use of our IT systems. His team is structured into three principal areas, Technical Team who maintain the infrastructure and Microsoft server environments, Technical Support Team who provide direct help to end users and Content Team who look after the databases, develop .NET applications and provide data integration methodologies.
