After graduating Ashlie joined a Graduate Management Programme which led to various HR management positions within retail, management consultancy and investment operations before joining Tods Murray in August 2002.
Reporting directly to the Executive Partner, and having a close working relationship with the other partners, allows the personnel department to play an integral part in the business strategy. Ashlie’s responsibilities include; employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, and recruitment.
Ashlie and her team provide a comprehensive personnel service which contributes to a positive working environment. Tods Murray employ around 60 new staff each year so our training provisions are under constant review, along with our compensation and benefits strategy and employee policies which support both business and staff needs.
