Jenny joined Tods Murray in March 2003, after working within HR in both the public and private sector.
Jenny is involved in all aspects of personnel and development including; employee relations, training and development, recruitment (fee-earner and senior support staff) and management reporting. She is also responsible for the effective management of the traineeship programme, from recruitment through to qualification.
The team have made significant changes to practices since 2003, a couple of recent examples include; negotiating preferred supplier agreements and the introduction of a customised HR and payroll database which has increased the efficiency and reporting capability of the department.
