Andrew deals with a wide variety of work including the purchase and letting of investment property for institutional clients, retail premises, licensed premises, advising on Scottish aspects of cross-border property transactions and acting for a range of clients in leasing commercial property.
Recent deals include the acquisition of Eyemouth Caravan Park for GB Holiday Parks, the sale of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Royal Mile, Edinburgh, retail and office lettings for Co-operative Insurance Society Limited, the leasing and development of offices for the Forestry Commission, the purchase and subsequent sale for Invista Real Estate Management of a development site at Livingston comprising a B&Q store.
Andrew is a member of our Planning and Environmental Law team. He has presented seminars on Contaminated Land to clients and continues to monitor the implementation of the statutory contaminated land regime.
