Susan deals with a wide range of corporate and commercial work including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, joint ventures, corporate finance, corporate reconstructions, general commercial contracts and timeshare. She has a particular involvement in joint ventures and corporate acquisitions/disposals for property based clients. Susan has also been involved in advising on the corporate aspects of PPP transactions.
Susan is also a member of the firm’s Property Finance and Hospitality and Leisure Teams. Susan is also interested in international legal issues, and has recently undertaken a secondment with a corporate finance law firm based in Hong Kong.
