Lynn is a founder member of Tods Murray’s IT/IP/media team. She handles a wide range of intellectual property and technology matters, data protection and Freedom of Information compliance and commercial contracts.
Lynn also heads up Tods Murray's charity team and advises a number of incorporated and unincorporated charities on charity law, corporate governance and related issues.
Lynn advises a broad range of clients, from start ups and small companies, research institutions and charities, to government bodies and large corporations.
Lynn is a regular contributor to the press on intellectual property and technology matters. She has presented numerous seminars, including presentations for the Law Society of Scotland. She is a tutor on the Professional Competence Course run by the WS Society and is listed in Legal Business’s “Legal Experts” in 2007.
