David is the Executive Partner of the firm, with responsibility for the management of the business, assisting all departments in developing the firm's practice.
He was formerly Head of the Firm’s Corporate department for over 10 years and brings a wide ranging, high level of corporate and management experience to the post of Executive Partner. David’s main areas of practice are in company law and corporate finance. He specialises in acquisitions and disposals, MBO’s, start-ups, joint ventures and other corporate and commercial matters. David acts for a number of clients in the hospitality and leisure sector, including hotel, pub and restaurant operators, bingo halls, tourist attractions and garden centres. David also has an expertise in corporate financial services work.
David is recommended for corporate work by Legal 500 and is recommended in Legal Business's "Legal Experts" in 2007 for Corporate, M&A.
