Lisa has been with Tods Murray LLP for some years having been appointed an Associate in 2000, and assumed as a Partner on 1 April 2007.
Lisa has a broad range of experience in all areas of commercial property, acting in transactions ranging from structured propco/opco equity release financing, through investment transactions to leasing for both Landlord and Tenant. Being dual qualified in Scotland and England, Lisa frequently acts in cross border portfolio transactions.
Notable recent transactions include representing The Joint Properties Limited in the retail and office investment sale of Commercial Quay, Leith, representing Apple Retail (UK) Limited in the Lease of their new flagship Scottish store in Buchanan Street, Glasgow and acting for Northern Rock plc in connection with a Loan Facility to Exchange Property Developments Limited for the acquisition of the units in Exchange House Property Unit Trust, the sole asset being Exchange House, 229/231 George Street, Glasgow.
