Stephen is a partner in our Glasgow office and specialises in litigation. He has a multi-specialist practice and has wide experience in dealing with commercial litigation, property litigation, construction and social housing and with Housing Association law. He has particular experience in issues relating to landlord and tenant.
Stephen is the main point of contact for our work with the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) of which Tods Murray is a corporate member.
In addition, Stephen's multi-specialist practice allows him to contribute to our family law team, our insolvency team and he is an active member of the Tods Murray sports law team. Stephen has acted for some high profile clubs and associations for a number of years including the Scottish Football League.
