David is qualified in English and Scottish law and has acted for English clients for over 20 years.
David is an experienced commercial litigation lawyer specialising in construction disputes mainly in the Technology and Construction Court and in arbitrations. He has dealt with a number of adjudications and is increasingly involved in mediation.
Clients include retailing organisations, developers, main contractors and sub-contractors.
David is also a member of our Sports law team and acts for clients such as Lancashire County Cricket Club.
He is client partner for a number of client companies operating in the Renewable Energy Sector.
