Jack handles all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, commercial agreements, joint ventures, partnership agreements and shareholder and subscription agreements. Jack also has extensive experience in the structuring and financing of MBOs, MBIs and IBOs.
A large part of Jack’s practice involves cross border establishment of businesses, advising foreign corporations on their setting up in the UK and advising UK Companies on establishing abroad or dealing with Companies in overseas jurisdictions.
As part of his interest in international legal issues, Jack is a member of the International Trade Committee of SCDI and the Scottish Steering Group of the China Britain Business Council.
