Bill represents the property investment interests in Scotland of several leading institutions acting in the acquisition and disposal of portfolio investments from retail and office to industrial premises. He also acts for property developers. The County Properties Group, Royal Liver Assurance, The Premier Property Group and JP Morgan Chase Bank are some of his active clients. Bill also acted for Chunghwa Picture Tubes in the 2004 disposal of their 1,000,000 plus sq. ft. development at Mossend (through Golden Contracts); for Bank of Bermuda for their offices in Stirling; for JP Morgan’s lease of 5 floors at Alhambra House and recently of a floor in The Sentinel Building both in Glasgow and other inward investors. Bill is a member of the Scottish Committee of the British Council for Offices. He is one of the BCO Awards judges and is listed in Legal 500 and in Legal Experts as a leading commercial property lawyer.
