Susie’s practice covers all types of commercial property work including acquisition, sale and leasing.
Her particular interests include:
- The commercial residential sector – acting for house builders and landowners in the acquisition and sale of sites for residential development
- The social housing sector – acting for housing associations on all aspects of property-related legal work
- The energy sector – advising on all property aspects of the installation and development of pipeline networks and the establishment of windfarms
Susie has tutored in conveyancing at the University of Edinburgh.
