We act for both borrowers and lenders requiring commercial and appropriate advice when receiving or providing finance by way of senior or mezzanine debt or equity arrangements and advise on appropriate structures for carrying out particular projects ranging from straightforward corporate vehicles to limited partnerships. We also receive a significant amount of referrals from leading City firms in relation to cross border transactions.
