This autumn/winter, Tods Murray’s Banking & Finance team are delighted to run a series of special finance briefings which will be of particular interest to lenders and borrowers, in which they will take a “Why, What, Where and How” approach to discuss the issues facing lenders and borrowers in the current financial climate.
What can we do in these markets?
In this briefing, speakers from our Banking, Corporate and Recovery teams and from Jones Lang LaSalle, will look into some of the practical problems confronting lenders and borrowers in the current markets. They will in particular look at what lenders might do in a situation where they cannot readily enforce, what their options are, and will look at what options are available to borrowers who are unable to refinance in the current market but may be in technical default.
