Why do you think there is a problem?
In this briefing, members of our Banking & Finance team, will look at what the problem is and discuss some of the legal aspects that need to be considered when a corporate borrower may be in default or insolvent, by examining issues such as the nature of the default, intercreditor issues, waivers, amendments and risk.
