In 2007, we re-launched our radically enhanced performance management programme, “Your Performance – Your Success”, for both fee earners and support staff.
We integrated the programme with our CSR plan to create something special. Linking personal development with our positive contribution towards the community has provided staff with various opportunities to enhance their business skill set.
Other activities which create a positive working environment include our regular sporting activities where we provide financial support for staff to take part in netball, football and golf tournaments.
We also have an active social committee who organise regular events for staff such as the summer outing, Christmas party, pub quiz and Stars in their Eyes evenings.
