The Hospitality Industry is one of Scotland’s largest growth sectors, and HIT Scotland (the Hospitality Industry Trust) is a Scottish based charity, which raises funds to support and encourage excellence. Their mission is to “assist people to achieve their potential within Scottish hospitality”.
