Licensing
We act for a wide range of clients in the hospitality and leisure sector in relation to their licensing requirements, including both alcohol and gambling licensing. We regularly advise clients on the type of licences they might require and undertake all work in relation to obtaining licences including applications for premises licences under both the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Gambling Act 2005, undertaking variation applications, transfers and occasional licence applications, personal licence applications and so on. We can also advise in relation to other local government licensing such as public entertainment events, skin/tattoo parlours, late hours catering, theatres and cinemas.
