On Friday 22nd February 2008, Tods Murray won the “Support Team of the Year” Award in the 6th Cuthbert Scottish Legal Awards and was also a finalist for the “CSR Firm of the Year” Award.
Tods Murray was awarded “Support Team of the Year” for our bespoke competency based Performance Management Review Process (which is called “Your Performance – Your Success”) and which was launched in April 2007 for both our fee earners and support staff.
Ashlie Turner, Head of Personnel & Development at Tods Murray said, “We all worked incredibly hard and involved everyone in the Firm in this process. We are delighted with the results. However, the work doesn’t stop here. Since launching the programme last year, the team have been continually working on enhancements such as developing an ‘Associate Leadership Programme’ and the launch of a ‘Tods Murray Summer Law School’, an opportunity for undergraduates to work for two months with a designated team whilst attending weekly ‘business school’ development workshops.”
