Tods Murray is delighted to announce the appointment of David Dunsire as the next Executive Partner with effect from 1 June 2008.
David is currently head of the Firm’s corporate department and brings a wide and high level of corporate and management experience to the post. David’s main areas of practice are in company law and corporate finance. He has particular experience in the fields of acquisitions and disposals, MBO’s, start-ups, joint ventures, hotel & leisure, partnership and corporate financial services.
David's priorities for the Firm are to build on its success as one of Scotland's leading independent law Firms by delivering a top quality service from top quality, well-motivated, lawyers.
