TODS MURRAY is delighted to announce the promotion of David McLean to Associate in the firm's Litigation Department. David is a valuable member of the Firm's commercial litigation and dispute resolution team and of the firm's construction team. In the last year, David was actively involved in the House of Lords case of Moncrieff v Jamieson [2007] UKHL 42; 2007 SLT 989 which is recorded as one of the most significant cases to have been decided in relation to Scots property law for some time.
