Our client care programme and partner-led approach allows each of our clients to be appointed with a client relationship partner. This partner is the main, or lead, point of contact for the client within our firm and makes it his or her business to get to know the client and to establish who best, in our firm, should carry out each element of the work. They do this by co-ordinating the delivery of specialist skills, at the appropriate level, for the task in hand. This allows our clients to build a strong and lasting relationship with their lead partner and to work with lawyers who they get to know well.
