deals with a broad range of commercial property transactions Angus joined Tods Murray as a Solicitor in 1984 after gaining experience in Commercial Property with other firms in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Sydney, Australia. He was made a Partner in the Commercial Property team in 1985 where he deals with a broad range of commercial property transactions including property development and funding, investment acquisitions and sales, leasing, secured lending and hotel and leisure related property matters.
Angus' recent experience includes acting for Co-operative Insurance Society Limited in the £69m investment sale of the Clyde Shopping Centre, Clydebank; acting for Hermes Property Unit Trust in the investment sale of 1 Morrison Street, Edinburgh for £24m; and the management of investment portfolios including CIS's The Kingdom Centre, Glenrothes and General Motors Property Unit Trust's South Gyle Crescent, Edinburgh Industrial Estate.
