David Dunsire - Executive Partner

David’s main areas of legal practice are in company law and corporate finance. He has particular expertise in the fields of acquisitions and disposals, MBOs, start-ups, joint ventures, hospitality and leisure, partnership, corporate financial services and other corporate and commercial matters.
