Katie Corrigan - Associate
Since qualifying in 2002 Katie has specialised in commercial property work and joined Tods Murray in 2004. Katie deals with a broad range of commercial property transactions, including investment purchases and sales, secured lending, commercial leasing and development. Katie has a particular focus on Hospitality and Leisure clients and is head of our cross-departmental Hospitality and Leisure team.
Katie’s recent experience includes; advising a client on the renegotiation and restructuring of its leasehold interest in a unique outdoor sports facility, acting for a tenant client in taking a lease of a network of forest cycle tracks, the purchase of hotel premises in Glenrothes, the sale of restaurant premises in Glasgow city centre and acting for institutional landlords in leasing and carrying out on-going lease management work for a range of retail, industrial and office properties.
