Susan McFadyen - Partner
spent six months on secondment in ChinaSusan undertakes a wide range of corporate and commercial work including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, joint ventures, general commercial contracts and intellectual property.
She is an active member of our Families in Business team and regularly advises family businesses and other SMEs on legal issues affecting their operations. Susan is also a member of our Hospitality and Leisure team, with a particular interest in timeshare and vacation ownership work.
Susan regularly attends the Tods Murray "Women in Business" Network.
In 2007/08 she was able to pursue her interest in international legal issues when she spent six months on secondment in China based with a corporate finance law firm operating out of Hong Kong.
