Vicki Bartholomew - Learning and Development Advisor
successfully launched several in-house training initiatives which have reshaped the Learning and Development function at Tods MurrayWith a background in training, Vicki joined the team in July 2004 as a Trainer. Since then, her role has evolved to include the Learning and Development function at Tods Murray. The department aims to provide a comprehensive support service to all staff from their first day onwards with Vicki coordinating all new recruitment inductions.
With our Performance Management programme Vicki develops and maintains training programmes which meet the firm’s required competencies such as the Business Development programme, Business Skills programme and Skills training requirements.
Vicki supports the Knowledge and Training Assistant in preparing a very busy in-house training programme together with organising all external training. Both internal and external events are directed towards the continued professional development of solicitors.
