We can provide initial strategic planning advice coupled with assistance on contractual provisions, through to advice on property issues, site assembly, infrastructure and eventual site disposal (whether by way of individual plot sales or investment sale). If the shape of a transaction changes, we work with our clients to get the deal done. If things go wrong, we can help with advice on enforcement. Above all, we’re practical - and we won’t make a mountain out of a molehill.
The law is dynamic. In recognition of this, we have dedicated Regeneration and Sustainability groups operating as part of our team. We understand that it’s a balancing act; the economy needs the stimulus of development activity, but there is increasing concern that land use and the built environment must be properly and sustainably managed.
