    The Scottish Government is consulting on two sets of proposed Regulations that will further implement the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (“the Act”). Specifically, the Regulations seek to implement Sections 23 and 24 of the Act, which amend Section 75 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, with the introduction of Good Neighbour Agreements.
